Martin was brilliant, explained everything,, polite & professional, double checked his work and a real asset to DPF.
I did feel sorry as storm came over and Martin carried on working and got drenched and surprised he didn't have a shelter and think how he's an asset i would look after him.
Martin also said you do more than DPF so will get a quote for a major service and will use in future.

Martin came out to my Land Rover Discovery Sport this morning. Within 45 minutes the DPF was clean, the sensor recalibrated, the Add Blue injector cleaned and all the fault codes reset. The car is running better than ever. Thanks to DPF Assist and Martin for a truly professional service.

Martin came and diagnosed a fault that was creating a problem with the DPF. Cleaned the DPF, reset the fault and recommended further actions. Jaguar dealer did NONE of this, but asked for £3600 for new filter that wouldn’t have solved the issue. Martin was professional, helpful and on time! Couldn’t ask for more! 5 star service from DPF professionals!

What Is A Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)?
A diesel particulate filter (DPF) is a filter that captures and stores exhaust soot in order to reduce emissions from diesel cars. But because they only have a limited capacity, this trapped soot has to be burned off to regenerate the DPF and empty the contents. This regeneration process cleanly burns off the excess soot deposited in the filter, reducing the harmful exhaust emission. It’s a great design that is good for your car and the environment.

He checked, and found how was carrying the correct replacement part, before giving the price and giving me the option to have it fitted. I agreed the reasonable rate and he continued. Steve came out and arrived 40 mins early which was great, He ran diagnostics and cleaned my dpf he also correctly reprogrammed the ecu which the main dealers had failed to do mainly because they wanted me to replace the dpf at a cost of £1200.00. Steve was very knowledgeable and professional and after a fair run out the problem seems to be fixed.
