Called and got an appointment within two days. Craig came out to inspect and clean the default system. I did think it might not get cleaned due to high soot levels, but Criag was able to sort it out. Excellent customer service from Craig, and would recommend to anyone who needs a similar service.

Great customer service from the get go over the phone to Craig coming over and sorting out the issue. Craig was very punctual, polite and done the job as expected. He tried to fix another problem with the car's alternator fault which wasn't part of the job and advised to get it serviced. For the price of dpf clean that he done you also get additives and a device to check faults yourself which is well worth it. All I can say I am very happy with DPF Specialists as they are truly are specialists in what they do and how they do it!

When I phoned to get a quote I was met with an absolutely lovely lady in the office who was knowledgeable and got me booked in for less than 24hrs later which was perfect! I had a lovely guy named Craig come out to my home address and refill my dpf fluid and re set the computer etc. He was extremely polite and so courteous! The job was completed in an hour, no fuss or stress. Booking in next month to have a service carried out on the car, won’t be using anyone else going forward as can’t beat them!
